"Called to cancel insurance due to finding better pricing and all I keep getting is the run around with my refund. That I should receive an email regarding the cancelation which I had called several days ago and have YET to receive anything. Look elsewhere!"

We do not keep customer funds at State Farm. We also forwarded you the email that we sent to confirm the cancellation.
